Meet The Team

All employees of Kids Place Nursery are DBS checked, staff are paediatric first aid trained and hold advance food and hygiene level 3.

Nursery staff are always available to discuss any concerns and offer support and advice to parent / carers.

Michelle

Manager Michelle has been a staff member of Kids Place Nursery for 15 years and always has an open door policy if you ever need her. Michelle is also our Designated Safeguarding Lead.

Aimee

Deputy Manager Aimee enjoys working with our pre-school aged children, watching their characters change as they grow and develop at Kids Place. Aimee enjoys impletmenting Startwell characters into the childrens learning each week.

 

Courtney

Unit Leader Courtney shows a passion for SEN and helping those who just need a little extra nurturing with their development.

Melanie

Senior Member Melanie likes cosy story times, snuggled up in the book corner with the children reading stories. Helping the children to explore stories and gain a love of books.

 

Leah

Practitioner Leah enjoys getting the children into the garden in all weathers, getting messy in the mud kitchen, dancing in the rain in wellies, setting up obstacle courses for the children to develop their gross motor skills.

Husna

Practitioner Husna loves being creative with the children and exploring their arts and crafts side of learning. Getting messy with painting, using their fine motor skills to learn scissor skills. Being creative with playdoh.

 

Raj

Practitioner Raj enjoys dancing and getting the children motivated with physical movement over the duration of the day.

Owen

Owen has almost completed his level 3 apprenticeship with us, he loves to sing various nursery rhymes with the children.

 

Rebina

Practitioner Rebina, enjoys helping the children explore the nursery, looking at the variety of activities are on offer to help the childrens learning and development.

Cianna

Apprentice Cianna, has joined our team, and is currently doing her Level 3 Childcare with us. Cianna shows a kind an nurturing side, almost like the big sister you never had.
